Authorities are offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Davon Irvine, who is believed to be hiding in Akron.
The U.S. Marshals Service and Akron Police Department are seeking Irvine in connection with an aggravated robbery and felonious assault that occurred Dec. 30, according to Beacon Journal news partner NewsNet5.
Irvine and another man are accused of breaking into a man’s home. Police and the U.S. Marshals Service said that after Irvine and the other man put duct tape over the victim’s mouth, they tied his hands behind his back using a zip tie and Irvine hit him several times with a pistol and demanded money.
The victim’s brother was also attacked, Channel 5 said.
Authorities believe Irvine is in the Akron area. He had a previous address near the 1100 block of Copley Avenue in Akron.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available.
