Most Dairy Queens in Northeast Ohio are offering a free small vanilla ice cream cone today to mark the end of winter.
Rita’s is also celebrating the first day of its season and the end of that cold one by offering free Italian Ice.
The free Italian Ice will be available from noon to 9 p.m.
