CANTON: Stark County Sheriff George Maier says authorities found a large amount of crack cocaine, heroin, LSD, firearms and $4,000 in cash while executing a search warrant Thursday morning at a home at 611 Lawn Ave. SW.
The search, done by the Stark County Sheriff’s Office Metro Narcotics’ unit with the assistance of Canton SWAT Cooperative, followed about a monthlong investigation by Metro agents.
Jack D. Wise, who lived at the address, was charged with trafficking heroin, possession of heroin, illegal possession of heroin, two counts of having weapons while under disability, trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of LSD.
Karen J. Hines of Louisville was charged with possession of cocaine.
Both are being held at the Stark County Jail.
