TUSCARAWAS TWP.: The Canton post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal one-vehicle crash that occurred around 12 a.m. Sunday.
Cody Mishler, 27, of Massillon was driving a gray pickup truck east on Wooster Street, east of Ben Fulton Avenue, when he lost control, the patrol reported. The truck traveled off the left side of the road, traveled back onto the road and overturned several times before coming to a stop in the road.
Mishler was ejected from the vehicle when it overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor, the patrol reported. Mishler wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation.
