The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Finess Terry.
He has been accused of felonious assault and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure. He is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Akron police and is believed to be hiding in the Akron area.
Authorities have accused Terry, 25, and another man of being in a gunfight on March 24, 2016, in the 300 block of Chittenden Street in Akron. A stray bullet struck a 62-year-old man while he was in his home.
Terry is a black male about 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighing 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or text keyword WANTED and tip to 847411 (tip411). Tipsters can remain anonymous and reward money is available.
