Authorities in Stark County are searching for a 73-year-old man last seen leaving a medical facility wearing blue jeans and a maroon jacket with a “Vietnam Veteran” logo on the back.
Canton Police have issued a missing person alert for Richard Kress, who was last seen Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. on Market Avenue South in Canton.
Kress is white, 6-feet-1-inch tall, 240 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He suffers from dementia, along with other conditions, and is in need of his medication, police said.
Authorities said he may be in a black 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis with a license plate number FMH2513.
Anyone with information may call 911 or 1-866-693-9171 to be transferred to the unit investigating Kress’s disappearance.
